What occurs when a vacation experiences a missed flight or cancellation? Allow me to describe the scenario. In early summer, my family spent an enjoyable week at Disney World in Orlando. Exhausted and eager to return home, we boarded our flight, which had been delayed slightly due to runway traffic. As we settled in, a massive storm rolled in and lingered over the airport, moving very slowly.

What we did with kids at Disney Hollywood Studios.
Disney started using the new Disney Genie Plus system not too long before our visit. We weren’t sure if it would be worth it to pay an extra $15 per person to skip lines. In the end, we decided to try it out for one of the parks where we thoughts we would run out of time.
In order to save money at Disney, we had to do a fair amount of research, but we were able to save some money and still have a Magical Disney vacation.
