Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken I used regular as the extra lean can be a little dry
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients and gently combine with your hands.
  • Make evenly sized meatballs and place on the lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 14-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
