Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp frozen or fresh
  • 2 servings frozen peppers and onions 2 servings from whatever kind you buy
  • 1 sprinkle taco seasoning do as much as you want
  • sprinkle salt
  • sprinkle oregano dried
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Heat medium skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray
  • Add peppers and onions to heated skillet, season with salt and oregano and cook for about 4 minutes until vegetables are cooked through
  • Remove peppers and onions and put to the side in a bowl and cover with foil
  • Spray skillet and add shrimp
  • Season shrimp with taco seasoning and cook on each side until just pink
  • Combine shrimp and vegetables to make fajita mixture
  • Serve with tortillas, lettuce, guacamole, pico, salsa, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, cheese or any other topping you desire
