Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts with Maple Glaze
These doughnuts are a lighter version of the ones you get at the store. They are baked and delicious!

Wet ingredients

canned pumpkin
1/3
cup
granulated sugar

egg white

light butter

milk of choice

vanilla extract
Maple Glaze

light cream cheese
room temperature
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1/4
tsp
maple extract
Dash of salt
Instructions
Doughnut Batter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 6 cavity doughnut pan with cooking spray
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
Combine wet ingredients in large bowl and add in dry ingredients
Mix well
Spoon or pipe dough equally into doughnut cavities
Bake for 12 minutes
Let cool around 10 minutes on cooling rack
Maple Glaze
Combine cream cheese with 1 T hot water and whisk until uniform
Add powdered sugar, maple extract and salt and whisk until uniform
Once cooled, dip each doughnut in glaze and place on a wire rack over a baking sheet to allow glaze to settle
